Installment Plan Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a PUBG Mobile account from Anas PUBG Mobile Accounts via our Installment Plan, you enter into a legally binding electronic contract as recognized under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO), 2002 of Pakistan. Please read these terms carefully before making your initial deposit.

1. Installment Payments & Schedule

  • The total price of the digital asset (account) is divided into agreed-upon monthly installments.
  • Playing access to the account is granted strictly after the first installment (deposit) is successfully processed and verified.
  • Subsequent payments must be made on the exact due date each month.

2. Default on Payments & Asset Recovery

  • Buyers who are unable to meet a payment deadline may request a brief extension. Approval of any extension is entirely at the discretion of Anas PUBG Mobile Accounts.
  • If the extended deadline is breached, the buyer will be immediately locked out of the account to protect the digital asset.
  • Upon default, the account will be resold to recover the outstanding balance and administrative damages. We reserve the right to sell the account at a discounted rate for an urgent sale to recover costs.

3. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

  • Due to the immediate access and volatile nature of digital game accounts, all installment payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances involving a defaulted account, we may, at our sole discretion, return a partial amount to the buyer after the asset is resold. This is not legally guaranteed.
  • Once the final payment is made and full account credentials are transferred, the sale is strictly final. We do not offer “change of mind” refunds on digital goods.

4. Account Security, Bans & Third-Party Actions

  • Anas PUBG Mobile Accounts guarantees the account is 100% clean, safe, and unbanned at the exact moment of initial handover.
  • During the installment period, the buyer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the account’s standing.
  • If the account is banned, suspended, or penalized (e.g., a 10-year ban) by Tencent Games or Krafton due to the use of third-party hacks, toxicity, or terms of service violations while the buyer is making installments, the buyer remains legally obligated to pay the remaining balance in full.
  • We are not affiliated with Tencent Games, Level Infinite, or Krafton. We are not liable for broad game updates, policy changes, or server closures that affect the account.

5. Full Ownership Transfer

  • Full account ownership—including the transfer of all linked email addresses, phone numbers, and social media accounts—will only occur after the final installment payment is successfully cleared.
  • During the installment period, the primary security links remain secured by our administration to protect the asset from theft.

6. Cybercrime & Fraud Prevention (PECA 2016)

  • Any attempt by the buyer to unlawfully alter, hack, bypass security protocols, or steal the account’s primary linked emails/socials before the installment plan is fully paid constitutes unauthorized access to an information system.
  • Such actions are strict criminal offenses under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.
  • Anas PUBG Mobile Accounts reserves the right to report any such fraudulent activities, IP addresses, and provided identity details directly to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing for legal prosecution.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
  • By sending the first installment, the buyer explicitly acknowledges they have read, understood, and consented to all the terms outlined in this agreement under the Contract Act, 1872.
